  • Problem Solving Thinking – A person who never stops thinking about problems and views problems as value-added organizational challenges. Concerned about cause-effect relationships that will be the foundation to continuous improvement;
  • Patience – When it comes to human beings, a person must be patient to implement, wait and analyze, correct and implement again. One step at a time following a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), makes it an experimental process.
