Responsible for the coordination and expedition of materials and cores to vendors. Shipping of sales orders to customers. Setting up trucking for loads to and from Mayfield. This is a day shift position (Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm).

Advanced duties and responsibilities
- Establishes delivery dates to departments according to job priorities and material availability;
- Transport material from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment (utility vehicles, standard size forklifts, and overhead cranes);
- Clearly communicate and document the processing of incoming and outgoing material consistently and accurately;
- Execute LN (ERP system) transactions including location transfers, warehouse transfers, fixed location setup, and run advanced reports;
- Troubleshoot and solve inventory questions using available tools and provide root cause;
- Consistently and accurately, demonstrate mastery understanding of end-to-end factory processes;
- Participate in problem solving and drives continuous improvement activities;
- Maintain written and computer records as required;
- Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and tools;
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and utilize all PPE;
Advanced duties and responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and LN;
- Ability to train others.
Education / Training
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience coordinating movement of large inventory.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of engine & locomotive components.
Essential and Physical Activities Functions
- Strength – Position requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires stamina and strength to work in tight and confined spaces;
- Motion – Position requires the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, reaching, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and kneeling. Position requires remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods;
- Vision/Hearing Requirements – Position exposed to high levels of noise. The use of proper PPE is required. The position requires the ability to read written instruction and understand both verbal and written instructions;
- Work Environment – Position can be located inside or outside dependent on situation. When inside the employees are subject to temperature extremes in non-temperature-controlled environments. When outside employees are subject to all weather elements;
- Emotional Demands – Employee will work and cooperate as part of a team in order to meet production requirements;
- Safety – Position is safety sensitive, as it requires working in and around live tracks and operation of heavy equipment. Position requires strict adherence to safety policies (i.e. blue flag) and use of all required PPE.
