**About the Job:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Progress Rail Educator to join our team. As a Progress Rail Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on electrical systems and locomotives to internal and external customers.
About the Role:
- Develop training materials, assess customer needs, and provide comprehensive instruction on the Progress Rail Locomotive Electrical System.
- Lead classes in the instruction, testing, and troubleshooting of topics that include all facets of AC Electrical systems and Truck Control and IAC units.
- Structure training material and presentations into a logical sequence.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction responses and recommend improvements to course content.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training programs.
- Conduct training sessions, provide demonstrations, and answer questions from participants.
- Review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent electrical or mechanical training.
- 10 years hands-on experience maintaining locomotive systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to travel up to 40% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
