The Quality Engineer is responsible for interacting with program management, internal and external customers, and manufacturing employees to create the company's quality standards and testing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback and work to resolve manufacturing issues;
- Work with program teams to complete product launches on schedule;
- Regular interaction with customer and maintain customer issues logs;
- Contribute and assist in the development of Quality Control plan;
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems if needed;
- Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality;
- Document results and findings of inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field;
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in quality;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience working with internal and external customers;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
