Must be comfortable working with a matrix of three teams:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers in the region, providing technical and commercial solutions.

Matrix Organization
Must be comfortable working with a matrix of three teams:
- Collaborate with the Progress Rail teams in other countries for the purposes of product strategy, deliverables, and participation in weekly/monthly/annual product forums.
- Collaborate with the Progress Rail Australia team for the purposes of culture, standard, and participation in weekly/monthly/annual account management forums.
- Collaborate with the Progress Rail Brazil team for the purpose of product development and engineering.
- Travel as required.
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related technical field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, or project management role.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and delivering technical solutions.
- Previous leadership or team-building experience is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Rail industry in Australia is a big plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
