The Associate Learning Program Manager assists the Director of Learning and Development to assess the learning needs of the business, create learning programs using adult learning principles and a variety of learning techniques, work with stakeholders and instructional designers to form the content within the learning journey, and implement the learning program.
This role is accountable to make sure the learning experience is relevant and timely, working in collaboration with the Director of Learning and Development. This requires the Associate Learning Program Manager to understand the business and the roles/skills within the business, effectively work with subject matter experts in the business to design effective learning. This role reports to the Director of Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business SMEs to map skills and knowledge for specific roles
- Create, implement, and continuously improve learning programs focused on specific roles/skills within the business, using adult learning principles, diverse learning modalities, and the pragmatic needs of the business
- Partner with learning delivery specialists, instructional designers and content curators, and the learning technology team to create relevant and timely learning programs that effectively and efficiently ramp new employees into their role as quickly as possible, and provides continued functional skill development for more experienced employees
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs using Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model, and augment the program to achieve improved results
- Implement learning programs in an efficient manner, leveraging learning technology
- Monitor progress and completions of participants through the learning program, identifying solutions to any barriers in successful completion
- 2-3 years experience in Learning & Development, focused on adult learning
- Experience in instructional design, program and curricula development
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, learning best practices and innovation
- Experience designing and delivering learning
- Learning technology and management system experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and influence skills
- Organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- High sense of accountability and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills
- Process oriented with a focus on execution
