Essential Functions
- Create exceptional experiences that users love
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and product partners to help define user personas and journeys
- Present design concepts, user needs, and design rationale to multidisciplinary teams, key stakeholders and business partners
- Develop wireframes and prototypes that are scalable and have thoughtful design patterns in mind
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and to specifications
- Collaborate with other designers to create design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and quality across all consumer digital experiences
- Analyze user experience data and provide recommendations to address business needs
- Participate in and contribute to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our UX/UI
- 1-3 years of previous UX Design experience working directly with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Figma required
- Experience designing consumer-facing web applications and mobile apps
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability in developing wireframes, prototypes, and craft visual design elements for products
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design work and the ability to solve complex design problems.
- A good understanding of programming languages, content management systems and design tools
