Progress Speech and Language is a leading pediatric therapy center in Orange County where providing quality services is our commitment. We are currently recruiting a "Behavioral Management Assistant Supervisor" to join us. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated Behavior Therapists where a supportive and inclusive environment is provided not only to the client but to our staff as well. You will be working with little ones from 0-3 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans, assist in program development, and provide direct services under BCBA/BaBA supervision.
- The majority of clients will be in-home clients meaning this position does require a hefty amount of driving.
- Collaborate with families to enhance communication and support strategies.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree with ABA experience or 2 years of experience in ABA with supervisor or parent consult experience
- Willing to work within Orange County including Anaheim, Santa Ana, Orange, Costa mesa, Irvine, etc
- Pediatric Behavioral Experience
- Willing to travel in-home for client treatments
- Bachelor's degree is a must. Preferably in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and/or psychology.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with infants and toddlers at the client's home
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual in Spanish
