This position is for Part-Time, 2-3 days per week (either 4 or 8 hour days)
- Provides pediatric physical therapy treatment to the patients in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provides on-going therapy on an outpatient basis
- Performs in-home, in-clinic, and tele-therapy services
- Communicates (with parents / caregivers as well as in reports, daily notes and in evaluations) observations regarding the patient’s progress, lack of progress, goals, etc.
- Documents daily / weekly therapy for each client on the “Daily Therapy Note”
- Responsible for maintaining good working relationship with coworkers and facilitating teamwork wherever services are being provided.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to cross cultural issues.
- Adheres to the regulatory and practice of pediatric physical therapy.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor or management
- May supervise – PTA
