The Patient Care Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient service at our clinic.
DUTIES:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming environment.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally.
- Scheduling: Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Take payments and manage patient accounts.
- Patient Assistance: Address patient questions, providing accurate information and guidance as needed.
