MUST :
Experienced Receptionist
1-2 years' experience answering and transferring internal or external phone calls
2 Years of Customer service experience
Experience with data entry and Clerical duties
Have the ability to support call center on high volume days
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent Oral communication skills.
High School Diploma
DUTIES :
Answers and transfers internal or external phone calls, typically on a multi-line phone or switchboard station.
Relay messages
Makes other logistical arrangements as required
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Performs work under direct supervision
Main number : Warm transfers, gatekeeping of cold calls, and taking messages. Develop a working knowledge of "who's who"
Alert both Driver Support and Host Support when there is a customer needing help
Transcribe voicemail messages from after-hours callers and direct the information accordingly
Call Center Completion of data entry on crucial reports
Aid in the development and deployment of agent schedules, including monitoring break and lunch schedules for agents
Assist in the monitoring of call queues for excessive hold times, and use emergency staffing methods as needed
