Proposal Coordinator
Alexandria, VA (Hybrid Remote)
Pay : $65,000 / yr
MUST :
Proposal Support Specialist
2 - 4 years of Proposal Support experience
1 years recent experience with RFP, RFI, RFQ
2 years writing, editing, revising, and formatting multi-page documents
2 years managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
1 years familiar with T&M, FFP contracts
Bachelor's degree in writing / communication is a plus
DUTIES :
Proposal Analysis and Planning
Analyze RFP / RFQ requirements for alignment with corporate business development goals.
Create comprehensive proposal outlines and templates based on solicitation analysis.
Collaboration and Strategy Development :
Collaborate with senior leadership and proposal teams to gather business intelligence, craft technical and management approaches, and maintain records of decision-making processes.
Monitor federal RFQ / RFP tools and notify leadership of opportunity updates, such as modifications or amendments.
Content Development Lead the development of assigned proposal sections, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and adherence to standards.
Edit content for grammar, clarity, factual accuracy, and strategic alignment.
Assess existing content against narrative requirements and identify additional resources needed for completion.
Draft, edit, and revise original and third-party content to fulfill solicitation requirements.
Compliance and Quality Assurance Conduct detailed compliance analyses to ensure proposal narratives meet solicitation requirements.
Provide feedback to authors to enhance compliance and overall quality.
Documentation and Organization :
Organize and maintain proposal files in SharePoint folder structure.
Assist the Proposal Team Lead in preparing and disseminating review packages and synthesizing post-review updates.
Production Support
Support all proposal production activities, including assembling materials, printing, and ensuring accuracy in the final product.
