- Promote patient safety and well-being
- Provide information, services, and assistance to patients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Conduct strip searches and drug screens as necessary
- Support patients through individual interactions and group settings
- Assist with family visits and maintain patient confidentiality
- Document significant interactions in the electronic medical record
- Respond to emergency situations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associate degree from an accredited college or university
- High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in chemical dependency and/or mental health treatment setting
Licensure/Certification:
- CPR Certification (American Health Association Healthcare Provider) preferred
- Verbal De-escalation Training
