Position Summary:
Malvern Community Health Services is seeking an IBHS supervisor to join our team! The IBHS Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are to lead their respective team and manage a healthy and productive relationship with children, families & also within the school communities. In addition, the IBHS Supervisor will provide ongoing training and supervision of all staff (BC, MT & BHT) within the clinical team. They will maintain that IBHS staff conduct client-centered case consultations with caregivers, school personnel and outside providers, provide crisis intervention services as needed and behavioral modification strategies.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Licensed individual who holds an LBS, LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
IBHS Supervisor has the responsibility to work independently and collaboratively with the IBHS team to help Persons Served and their significant persons with their entry, orientation, continued care, program engagement, referral, and transition to and from IBHS program at MalvernCHS. IBHS Supervisor supports the delivery of person-centered, recovery-oriented, and resiliency-driven care and applies a multidisciplinary approach to promote optimum outcomes in the areas of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and transitions of Persons Served to and from MalvernCHS program(s). IBHS Supervisor will help create an organizational culture that promotes respect, dignity, compassion, and teamwork.

Salary : $63,000 - $70,000
