NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews using platforms such as Taleo and Lever.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the company culture.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support workers' compensation claims processing and assist employees with related inquiries.
- Oversee affirmative action planning initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Collaborate with management on conflict management strategies to resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Utilize social media management skills to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects that align with organizational goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
