Full-time, permanent position based in Birmingham, offering up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience. Are you an experienced Front of House Coordinator looking for your next step? Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will oversee the organisation’s welcome space, providing management and operational support to ensure the smooth-running of the space.Key responsibilities of the role will include :
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the welcome area; meeting and greeting visitors to the space
- Handling queries regarding memberships, including bookings and sales
- People management of the Welcome Team, providing advice, guidance and leadership to team members, as well as managing sickness and absence
- Managing the onboarding of new members to the organisation
- Other front of house duties as required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience within front of house, host or facilities within a corporate environment, ideally with management experience. Applicants must have outstanding communication, organisation and leadership skills, and be able to deliver outstanding customer service.
