An exciting, highly reputable business based just outside of Birmingham City Center are seeking a Team Leader for their Guest relations team, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous front facing experience, great interpersonal skills and a keen desire to develop your leadership skills this may be the role for you! The successful applicant will enjoy an office based role with excellent learning opportunities and a salary of up to 27k!
You will primarily be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly within the welcome desk, by managing the team effectively. This could include organizing the rota’s, offering support, identifying training needs, keeping the team motivated, handling enquiries, bookings, scheduling meeting rooms, managing absence and being a core part of the business in terms of being a first point of contact for any issues.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s looking to develop their leadership skills, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing environment such as reception, customer service or hospitality.
