Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Handle various basic tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
