As an IT manager in our Creative Business Operations department, you'll manage a team of system engineers to support technical operations in our print and production facilities. In this role, you'll focus on enhancing performance through coaching and mentoring, collaborating with other departments on projects and assisting with strategic planning and process improvements. Additionally, you'll support the group's growth by coordinating various refresh projects along with technical oversight and maintenance of our print and inserting equipment.
Location : Floating between our Brooklyn , OH and Highland Hts, OH facilities
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery .
- In lieu of degree, a minimum four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted .
