What We’re Looking For: We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our compassionate team. In this role, you’ll support individuals in their daily lives by assisting with personal care, household tasks, medication management, and participating in fun, meaningful activities. You’ll become a valued part of their journey to live independently, engage with their communities, and thrive in their own unique ways.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and self-care skills to promote independence and dignity.
- Help with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and ensuring choices are available.
- Support household chores (laundry, cleaning, etc.) to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Be an advocate for community involvement—help plan and attend events, activities, and outings that align with individual interests.
- Assist with medication management and ensure medical needs are met.
- Provide encouragement, support, and care while promoting the individual’s personal goals and aspirations.

What We Need From You:
- A heart for helping others and a passion for making a difference.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver’s license (Tennessee, Kentucky, or Alabama - military exceptions available).
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Negative drug test required
- Must complete all required DDA and PDI training.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Direct Support Staff in a Residential setting: 1 year (Preferred)
- working w/ persons w/ intellectual disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)
- working w/ persons w/ developmental disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- TN, KY, or AL Driver's license (military exception) (Required)
