About the Role:
As an LPN with PDI, you’ll know your work is helping someone live a healthier, happier, and more independent life by providing essential care in a residential setting and working closely with the team to ensure health, safety, and well-being. This is a hands-on role that includes such things as:
- Administering medications, monitoring effectiveness, and ensuring safety.
- Implementing personalized health care plans and documenting progress.
- Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Assisting with transportation to places of interest and necessary appointments.
- Attending care meetings and contributing to Individualized Support Plans (ISPs).
- Training and mentoring new team members to deliver exceptional care.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A licensed LPN in good standing (TN or Nursing Compact state).
- CPR/First Aid/BLS certification (preferred)
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals in a residential or medical care setting (preferred).
- A reliable and dependable team player ready to embrace challenges and opportunities.
