What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics Technician - Service position at Progressive Dynamics Inc.?
- Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) preferred or equivalent OR One (1) year of experience and knowledge of Basic DC and AC electricity and components and one (1) year of Electronics.
- Excellent telephone skills to communicate and assist customers with product questions. (From 25% to 100% on the telephone daily).
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components from the field and within the Plant.
- Record and analyze failure data.
- Able to read schematics.
- Knowledge and use of bench equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Wage – based on experience and knowledge.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
