PAY & BENEFITS
This entry-level job allows you to work closely with our experienced doctors and gain hands-on clinical experience. Our pay structure includes base pay plus incentives . Our base pay starts at $16.00 / hour , and with bonuses, you could boost that to $20.00 - $24.00 / hour .

YOUR ROLE
As an Optometry Assistant, each day brings new and exciting challenges that keep you engaged and learning. You greet patients when they arrive, update their medical records, and perform preliminary eye tests like testing visual fields and measuring intraocular pressure. Working alongside our optometrists, you also help with specialized eye exams such as retinal imaging and corneal topography. Attentively, you document test results and treatment plans. QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal candidate has experience in an eye care or medical assistant position. We will train! Bilingual abilities would be a plus. What matters most is that you meet the following criteria :
YOUR HOURS
We're flexible with scheduling, and we accommodate student schedules! Full-time hours are available during our practice's hours. We are open from Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm , Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm , and Saturday, 8 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm . Candidates who can work every Saturday get schedule preference!
