Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Youll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist with customer inquiries, and support our technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
Provide customers with accurate information regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
Process payments and update customer records in our system
Maintain organized and accurate documentation of customer interactions
Qualifications & Skills :
Prior customer service experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills professional, friendly, and customer-focused
Excellent organizational skills ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Problem-solving mindset ability to think on your feet and resolve customer concerns
Ability to work a flexible schedule , including some weekends as needed
