Occupational Therapist PRN

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions based on evaluation and treatment goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Monitor and assess patient progress towards goals
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in speech therapy, case management, or medical imaging is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Prior experience in patient care and rehabilitation settings
