Proficient in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate, you possess a strong background in financial systems. Your exceptional communication skills enable effective collaboration with stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. You thrive in fast-paced, tech-centric environments, adeptly managing multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

Your Day-to-day
- Workday PRISM Development:
- Design and manage scalable PRISM pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Implement PRISM transformations (e.g., unpivot, group by, filter, rank, calculated fields) and data change tasks (DCTs)
- Accounting Center Management:
- Develop, configure, and optimize batch jobs and accounting center setups for financial reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures promptly
- Integration and Orchestration:
- Build and enhance Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate
- Collaborate with teams to design and maintain seamless integration solutions
- Data & Reporting (Preferred):
- Create advanced Workday reports and dashboards
- Assist with security configurations to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Communicate effectively regarding project updates and risks
- 5 years in Workday PRISM and Accounting Center development
- Proficiency in managing data lineage, batch jobs, and PRISM transformations
- Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Orchestrate, Java, and AWS services
- Experience in financial systems and exceptional communication skills are highly desirable
- Experience working in a tech-centric, fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
- Proven ability to work successfully on projects that have high-level exposure, which may require presentation/demo to stakeholders
- Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of Workday security and compliance best practices
