You’ll lead a team of talented technicians and engineers as they provide high-level support for projects both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Guide a talented team of technicians and engineers to deliver top-notch system installations, training, and service support. Your leadership will drive the smooth execution of projects and ensure our service delivery meets the highest standards.
- Strategic Planning: Take charge of managing project backlogs, resources, and work in progress. You'll oversee scheduling, forecasting, and ensuring timely project completion while proactively hiring, training, and mentoring the next generation of technicians.
- Customer-Focused Leadership: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries. Share project status updates, offer detailed reporting from onsite visits, and solve complex technical challenges with precision and confidence.
- Estimates & Proposals: Play a crucial role in estimating service requirements, offering well-informed proposals, and ensuring that client needs are met effectively with clear, actionable plans.
- Onsite Integration: Take your expertise to the field with occasional travel to customer sites, ensuring successful project completion and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Safety First: Lead by example to ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times, keeping both our team and customers secure.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You’ll bring a wealth of knowledge, including 5-10 years of experience in automation (with a focus on building, troubleshooting, and installations) and a track record of leading teams. Experience managing customer relationships is a huge plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline will set you up for success in this role.
- Leadership Skills: You have 2-5 years of management experience or a proven ability to lead teams with confidence and passion.
- Skills & Abilities: Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will allow you to manage a diverse set of challenges. You thrive on multitasking and can think creatively to develop solutions.
- Travel: Up to 30%
