- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.

- Promote bank products and services through effective upselling techniques to meet customer needs.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform regular cash management tasks, including balancing the drawer at the end of each shift.
- Identify potential fraud risks and implement appropriate fraud prevention detection measures.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, including debits and credits, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their account activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals while adhering to compliance regulations.
