Progressive Option Support Services LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team! We seek qualified and dedicated professionals to service children and families throughout NJ.

POSS provides high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with a diagnosis of Autism, from infant to 21. Services are provided in the child’s home. Assessment, reassessment, supervision, and parent training are done by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Responsibilities :
- Implement treatment programs for children with ASD
Requirements :
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
- Comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws as it relates to Protected Health Information.
- A working smartphone to utilize our applications
- Be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self starter
- Must be creative, enthusiastic, and a team player!
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with ASD
- Home-based ABA experience. Not a requirement
- RBT certification is preferred. Not a requirement
- High school diploma is a requirement
- Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
- Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
- Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance, & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
Bonus Points:
· Dual language behavior therapist are welcome. However, this is certainly not a requirement.
