Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure that all patient information is accurately recorded in our systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support by managing patient scheduling and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize computerized systems, including Epic, to input and retrieve patient information.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents as needed.
  • Deliver excellent patient service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the call center.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical administrative support and medical scheduling is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Proficient typing skills and experience with computerized systems are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for success in this position.

Pay: $15.47 - $16.69 per hour
