Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support by managing patient scheduling and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize computerized systems, including Epic, to input and retrieve patient information.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents as needed.
- Deliver excellent patient service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the call center.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical administrative support and medical scheduling is a plus.
