Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Clinical Care Coordinator at Progressive Pediatric Therapy. The primary role of the administrative clinical care coordinator is to verify insurance, manage medical records requests including mail sent to the WPB clinic, submit statements and monthly scholarship invoices to families, weekly quality assurance of commercial insurance visits, and answer phone calls in the PM at the West Palm Beach clinic. Coordinator will upholding the mission of PPT and function within the parameters of PPT guidelines and is accountable to for:
- All administrative functions of their position.
- Accountable for maintaining the office in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Exemplary employee demonstrating professional standards.
Qualifications
- Spanish language is preferred.
- Satisfactorily completes a background screening, criminal history check, and drug screening.
- Technical skills with attention to detail-any accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Healthcare compliance and terminology knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of insurance verifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
