Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services in clinic, home, community, and telehealth settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in specialized programs and interdisciplinary clinics.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress toward goals.
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Florida OT license (or eligible).
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Florida Medicaid provider number (or eligible).
- Competitive salary: $65,000-90,000.
