Civil/Structural QAQC Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

Providing oversight of day to day construction activities, including but not limited to;

• Mass grading and excavation
• Backfilling
• Meeting client specifications
• ensuring work according to industry standards
• Validating tests that 3rd parties are conducting
• Moving to the next stage of the project involving pouring slab-on-grade foundations, dirt work, concrete and structural erection

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally 10 years
• Experience providing oversight to large scale civil/structural projects
• Ability to move from phase 1 to phase 2 as the project progresses
• Will ideally have experience with civil, structural and steel erection - minimum of 2/3 would be acceptable
• If that's the case, civil and concrete would be the preference
• Open to candidates with experience from other industries;

- Semi-conductor or Data Centers would be most applicable experience
- If coming from O&G will need to be plants/facilities experience, not basic work like building out pads
- Solar industry projects won't have the same level of complexity, potentially Wind but would depend on the project
