What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Security Analyst position at Progressive Recruitment?
We are currently working with a large scale utility company in the Columbus, OH area to find an IT Security Analyst. The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience and Skills Required:
- 2-3 years in security services or security analysis, deployment, and support.
- Knowledge of IT security tools, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, PingFederate, PingOne, or SPHEREboard is a plus.
- Proficiency in coding languages and IAM/PAM technologies/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT teams and Service Providers on operations processes, including procurement, spending optimization, and expense management.
- Resolve or escalate identity access/security issues promptly.
- Support project tracking and monitoring to ensure alignment with business needs and service levels.
- Facilitate audits and maintain up-to-date documentation for Security Services.
- Understand Service Providers' security operations and capabilities.
- Participate in investigations of security breaches and incidents.
