What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Development Engineer position at Progressive Recruitment?
We are seeking qualified candidates with 3-10 years of experience in Site Grading and Development to join one of the largest Utiliy companies in the nation!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Expertise: Perform detailed site grading and brownfield work, focusing on design over field experience.
- Contractor Oversight: Supervise and coordinate activities of contractors to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Project Management: Collaborate closely with project managers and other departments to achieve project goals. Facilitate resolution of conflicts, resource issues, or schedule exceptions.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and contractors. Utilize proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and HydroFlow to contribute to project designs and solutions.
