We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Site Manager with a robust background in construction to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all site operations at our refinery in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As the primary point of contact on-site, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our refinery, which produces a diverse range of products including base oils, specialty process oils, horticultural oils, asphalt modifiers, and wax. These products are distributed on a global scale, making this a critical position within our organization.
Job: Site Maintenance Manager
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site activities related to civil, structural steel, and piping projects.
- Utilize extensive construction background to efficiently direct site operations.
- Standard 40-hour workweek (4/10 schedule), extending during urgent needs or annual turnarounds.
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site; Site Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, interacting with customers, managing client meetings, and ensuring safety and craft delivery.
- Provide matrix oversight from the corporate HSE director level.
- Strong field presence, spending 60% of time interfacing with team members, 30% with clients, and 10% in the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of refinery leadership experience within the oil & gas industry.
- Strong Construction background.
- Civil, steel structure, or piping experience is highly sought.
- Comfortable with client engagement, including hosting dinners, lunches, etc.
- High level experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- No formal degree required.
