Our client is a leading energy solutions provider currently seeking an experienced Regional Construction Manager to join their team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a direct hire, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple federal construction projects
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 8 years of construction management experience, with 5 years in federal projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
