Scheduler

Education:

• Bachelors Degree

Experience:

• Needs more than just a P6 Scheduler, need the ability to manipulate, crunch and evaluate data coming out of the schedule, and report, report writing very important as well
• Combined Cycle / Simple Cycle experience ( preferred )
• Refinery experience ( refinery expansion and combined cycle are very similar)
• Electric Generation, O&G, off shore O&G, heavy industrial, new platforms

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge and experience in the management and control of large, complex utility capital projects
• Knowledge of cost information and blending that into the schedule
• Good Communication and Writing skills
• Pipeline experience doesn't really correlate

Must Have:

• Major capex experience from oil and gas & utility (
• EPC Specific experience ( Ex. Flour, Jacobs, Worley)
• Maintaining culture they have built on team

Desired certificates, licenses, tools, etc.:

• Primavera P6
• Crystal ball
• Project Management reporting systems ( Oracle unifier or pro core- don't use either but experience with these are transferrable )

Nice to have:

• On sight field experience is a plus
• Utility experience
