Seeking a Project Manager to oversee end to end business / marketing projects, reporting to the Director of Marketing Integration. The selected individual will be responsible for providing strong leadership and accountability in shaping and driving the adoption of Project and Portfolio Management processes and tools.

Responsibilities :

• Drive integration with cross-functional partners (Advisor Teams, Marketing, Product Partners, etc.)
• Ensure Training team and Marketing are completely in synch and optimally leveraging other’s work.
• Ensure overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channels.
• Pursue opportunities to increase visibility and transparency into the business teams to enable clear alignment with strategic goals, ensure accountability for outcomes and benefits realization.
• Manage Program / Project Budgets and Financials.
