Progressive Rehabilitation Associates in Williamsburg, is looking for a ¾ time (30 hours per week) Patient Service Specialists to join our team.
As a Patient Service Specialist, you are the first connection to our patients and will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- answering the phone
- patient registration and scheduling
- collection of payments
Our Patient Service Specialists also assist clinicians in their day-to-day work, allowing them to maximize their efficiency and to create an overall positive experience they will talk about to their family and friends.
