The Site-Lead will manage up to 3 assigned homes and staff, ensuring the homes well maintained and services provided are in align with the New Mexico standards.
Some of your Essential Functions will include but not be limited to:
- Provide supervision, guidance, training and support to DSP's.
- Monitor all visitors and submit the visitor log at each home to RSC monthly.
- Develop and maintain inventory list for food and supplies.
- Purchase all groceries and house supplies weekly or as needed.
- Request and disburse weekly allowance to the person served as directed.
- Monitor and balance the cash balance sheet daily.
- Provide safe and timely transportation to persons served.
- Complete vehicle maintenance forms and submit to the Facilities Coordinator and ensure vehicles assigned to the homes are gassed up, cleaned and washed weekly.
- Complete medication counts when necessary.
- Complete monthly safety checklist.
- Perform scheduled emergency drills.
- Monitor staff chore list.
- Oversee house maintenance needs, issues and concerns and submit requests for repairs.
- Monitor and maintain all required documentation.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings to address concerns.
- Create and manage employee work schedules.
- Work Direct Care hours and cover shifts as often as necessary.
Must haves, but not limited to:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Efficient and able to multi-task
- Management skills
- Knowledgeable of trauma informed culture to aid individuals in their recovery process
- Lifting, pushing and pulling of more than 50 lbs
- Walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for full 8 hour shift
- Available by cell phone 24/7 and respond within 15 minutes
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 year experience in the Human Services field preferred
- Proficient with PC computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and internet
- Valid Driver's License and a Safe Driving Record
- Successful completion of the post-offer process, including criminal history check and all required PRS-NM and state training
- Flexible to work any shift and any location.
