What You’ll Do:
Take charge of collections for office visits and EMGs—negotiating payments, resolving disputes, and ensuring accounts stay on track.
Investigate and problem-solve by researching discrepancies, short payments, and potential problem accounts.
Communicate like a pro—craft compelling correspondence and keep stakeholders informed with regular account updates.
Analyze & strategize by recommending effective collection tactics and preparing client account summaries.
Stay sharp & organized while managing multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines with zero excuses.
