What Youll Do :
Take charge of collections for office visits and EMGsnegotiating payments, resolving disputes, and ensuring accounts stay on track.
Investigate and problem-solve by researching discrepancies, short payments, and potential problem accounts.
Communicate like a procraft compelling correspondence and keep stakeholders informed with regular account updates.
Analyze & strategize by recommending effective collection tactics and preparing client account summaries.
Stay sharp & organized while managing multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines with zero excuses.

- Collections expert with out-of-network, MVA, and No-Fault experience in NJ (non-negotiable).
