This position is ideal for a skilled professional who understands the complexities of medical billing in New Jersey, particularly for orthopedic spine and ambulatory surgical centers (ASC). If you have a strong background in out-of-network billing, workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and no-fault claims in NJ, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities :
- Process medical claims for orthopedic spine and ASC billing in New Jersey, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
- Submit and follow up on out-of-network claims, workers' compensation, MVA, and no-fault claims to maximize reimbursement.
- Utilize ModMed EMR (experience preferred) for billing, claim submissions, and account management.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and appeals efficiently to optimize revenue.
