Physician Assistant (PA) – Orthopedics | Full-Time
Locations: Clifton | Englewood
Are you an experienced Physician Assistant with a strong background in orthopedics? We are seeking highly skilled and seasoned PAs to join our dynamic, growing team of orthopedic specialists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in both clinical and surgical settings across our Clifton and Englewood locations, alongside some of the best in the field.

What You’ll Do:
You will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, interpreting diagnostic imaging such as MRIs, X-rays, and CT scans, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
You'll travel between our Clifton and Englewood locations to ensure continuity of care across both sites.
Additionally, you will assist in surgery, working directly with orthopedic surgeons in the operating room, and manage pre- and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcomes.
You will also educate patients and their families on diagnoses, procedures, and treatment options in an easily understandable way, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and pain management providers.
What You Bring:
You must be a licensed Physician Assistant in New Jersey with proven experience in orthopedics.
Expertise in diagnostic imaging interpretation and treatment planning is essential.
Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are key, along with a team-first mindset and a dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.

Sign-On Bonus
In addition to the competitive salary and benefits, we are excited to offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus to all new hires who join our team. This bonus is available to all new hires who meet the criteria for the position.
The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments:
$1,250 after successfully completing 30 days of employment.
$1,250 after successfully completing 90 days of employment.
