BILINGUAL (SPANISH) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent)
Our client an international manufacturing company that has its US headquarters in WNY is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative. The qualified candidate will be fluent speaking and writing in English / Spanish. The position is open due to retirement.
Responsibilities :
- Provide highest levels of service to customers on a daily basis
- Maintain professionalism while addressing customer inquiries & issues addressing individual needs promptly
- Update and maintain customer accounts ensuring information is uptodate and accurate
- Manage order processing by gathering / confirming information entering into Planning System processing change orders and managing sales returns
- Update customers on the status of their orders issue resolution etc.
- Collaborate with various internal departments Sales Accounting / Finance Production etc. to ensure positive customer experiences
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues as they arise
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory experiences
- Work well both independently and in a team environment
- Work on several special projects at a given time ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned / as necessary
