ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our client based in York, PA. This position will be based within Harrisburg, Hershey, or Mechanicsburg . Our client is a clinician-owned and operated ABA provider providing in-home and in-school services. This is a unique and exciting full-time, benefitted, hourly position.
WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION SPECIAL?
- All cases are full-time intensive cases
- ONE f ull-time BT per client - Most cases are 35 hours per week
- Typical BCBA caseload is 5-7 clients
- Primary client demographic is early intervention 3-6 years old
- This is an hourly position with a clinical / clinical-related rate of $60-80 / hour and a training rate of $25 / hour
- Operating hours are limited to Monday - Friday, 8 am 6 pm so you will never be expected to work outside these hours
- Services are home or school-based and are all within 30 minutes of your home
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K with matching (requires 25 billable hours per week)
