LOGISTICS FOR THIS POSITION
Location : Lehigh Valley Area We target clients within 15-mile radius of your home
Environment : Combination of in-home, school, and center-based services. SMALL CASE LOADS (6-7 clients)
Compensation :
- LBS : $50-55K
- BCBA : $70-75K
- Quarterly bonus incentive (30 billable hours weekly)

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will work with children with Autism and other developmental challenges by creating their treatment plan. You will review, analyze, and develop behavioral health treatment systems and services for certain populations, including individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, consistent with the scientific discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
