Duration: 03 Months
Location: Remote in DMV areas Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia.
Job Description:
- HR journalist or HR partner experience is required
- Strong communication skills and experience with investigations and data gathering
- Familiarity of American protection and disability laws which is required
- Healthcare experience which will be a good fit
- Experience with Navex EthicsPoint
- The Employee Relations Specialist partners with employees, managers and Human Resources Business Partners to investigate and bring resolution to employee relations issues that provide fair and consistent treatment to all employees, and in a manner consistent with the company's policies, procedures, and state and federal law.
- Experience: 3 years Experience addressing and resolving employee relations concerns, performance management and workplace investigations.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Sound investigative techniques
- Ability to exercise independent judgment under general supervision
- Strong writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spelling skills
- Ability to advocate and influence decisions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
