Integrated Master Scheduler (TS/SCI Required)
We are seeking a skilled Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team at Progressive Technology. As an Integrated Master Scheduler, you will work closely with technical team leads, project managers and other stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances.
- Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
- Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
- Manage schedules, review project status, and understand how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent.
- IMS creation and scheduling experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent Problem Resolution skills.
Desired Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- MS Project Server experience.
