**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for the sale and rental of heavy agricultural equipment in designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will effectively utilize manufacturers' programs and resources to achieve market share goals. They will develop and increase sales and rental revenue to meet assigned targets while participating in company sales orientation and training programs.
Key responsibilities include working on contract opportunities and proposals, assisting with contract negotiations, and developing marketing plans for contract accounts. Additionally, the individual will coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment as needed and assist with the planning of sales exhibits.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years sales, service, and/or parts experience
- Previous agriculture or construction equipment experience preferred
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
